ChannelAdvisor’s Social module allows a Customer to promote its products on social network sites using a single user interface.
The following features are included with a subscription to the Social module:
- Alerts and Notifications
- Pixel Tracking
- Developer Network
To use the Social module a Customer will need to provide product data to ChannelAdvisor using a data feed, API or the user interface. The Customer will also need to provide access to its accounts at each social network managed using ChannelAdvisor. The Customer is responsible for the setup and maintenance of its accounts with each social network. Display on social network sites is required to include the ChannelAdvisor logo.
The Social module supports the promotion of up to 100 products on a Facebook Brand Page.
